1:1 Coaching and Daily Check In (8 weeks)

This plan gives you your own online personal trainer with daily check ins to ensure that progress is going well. Upon purchase you will be sent an email containing a link to schedule your first call with your personal trainer. From that point on, you will receive your personal trainer's phone number, will be able to send videos and pictures to address form and progress, they will create a training program catered to you, will check in with you every day, and will respond to any questions or concerns you may have within 24 hours. 

WAIT UP TO 20 MINUTES TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL CONTAINING THE LINK TO SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST CALL. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
